2 to 3 minute Property Tour
INCLUDES: As above plus Aerial Drone video footage.

‘Location Film’ (from £650)
2 to 3.5 minute location film promoting a specific town/village.
INCLUDES: Ground-based film and Aerial Drone video footage.

‘Location Film’ PLUS (from £800)
2 to 4 minute location film promoting a specific town/village.
INCLUDES: As above plus interviews/sound bites from local people, shop owners, community groups.

  • Prices are not subject to VAT.
  • All images and copyright are owned by Complete Property Photography. Re-use of any images in whole or in part in any format (paper publication, website, social media) without prior permission are subject to a £250 fee payable within 14 days)
  • Pricing for professional property photography and video applies to postcodes within a 20 mile radius from our studio in Stotfold covering the following counties: Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex. Additional travel expenses will apply for properties / locations outside of this area.
  • Bulk discounts and reduced rates are available for regular bookings, allowing you to reduce your marketing spend per property.
